I don’t know about Europe, but it’s really big in China. The first time I heard of Alibaba was when I went to visit China a few years ago. I was like what’s Alibaba?

Its really like Amazon, everybody over there uses it. But it’s kind of unfair that the government restricts sites like Facebook and other webpages over there.

This is his career advice according to age:

Before 20: "Be a good student. Make mistakes and learn"

20-30's: "Follow a good boss and join a good company to learn how to do things properly."

30-40's: "If you want something yourself, just do it. You can still afford to lose and fail."

40-50's: "Do only things your already good at. It's too late to try a new career or something else."

50-60's: "Try to spend time developing young people, the next generation. Mentor them."

60-70+: "Spend time with your grandchildren."
