My husband wants another job cross country
My husband just got offered another job across the country. I really don't want to move and think the pay isn't enough. We're going to have to move from northern va to Los Angeles. It sounded like a good offer at the beginning, but after calculating cost of living, the pay raise isn't even that much. He really wants to move but I don't want to move. I have all my friends and family over here. He's really excited and won't listen to anything I say. If we don't go he'll resent me and say he can't move up his career. Do you think I'm being unreasonable?
Any advice is welcome.

Try to weigh the pros and cons.
Sit down with your husband and make list of pros and cons.
You make one list and have your husband make one.
Assign values 1-10 being importance for each pro or con.
Then compare them together and tally up the totals.

Don't move. California as a state is going bankrupt. It's supporting way to many illegal immigrants and cost of living is ridiculous out there. $1 million plus for an old small 2 -3 bedroom homes, to live in decent areas outside LA.
